Q: My brother has been married for four months but has not been able to have satisfactory intercourse. He has no prior history of sexual activity or significant masturbation. He reports erectile dysfunction and also complains of premature ejaculation. Should we get a semen analysis done? Also, do you still sit at your clinic in Kasur or only in Lahore?

For an accurate diagnosis, we need to:

• Take a detailed medical and psychosocial history
• Perform a physical examination (including general fitness and genital exam)
• Assess for risk factors like obesity, anxiety, or hormonal imbalance
• Check renal and liver function tests if the patient has previously taken any unverified or unregistered medications

It's important not to self-medicate or rush into investigations without proper clinical judgment.
