Why I Post Boldly — And Why You Should Visit Boldly

Why I Share These Pictures: A Message to My Patients
I am an Adult and Pediatric Urologist. Adult urology is my primary domain, and pediatric urology is my super-specialty and the focus of my private practice. My work goes far beyond the operating theatre — it covers adolescent growth, genital development, hormonal balance, sexual health, fertility, and functional restoration. These are intimate issues that affect confidence, relationships, and quality of life.
Many people hesitate to seek help for these concerns. That hesitation is what I aim to remove.
From time to time I share casual photos — sometimes shirtless — not out of vanity, but with a clear, strategic purpose. This is the “Purple Cow Effect”: standing out so that people remember not only me, but the services and support I provide. These images are a professional tool to make my practice more approachable and to normalize conversations about sensitive health topics.
- To reduce hesitation: Patients often delay care because of embarrassment. My aim is to make it easier to ask for help.
- To signal expertise: Whether it’s adolescent genital growth, hormonal care, fertility, or complex surgery — this is my field and I bring experience and compassion to every case.
Let me be very clear: these posts are not invitations for sexualized comments, advances, or inappropriate messaging. I respect all communities, including the queer community, and I welcome anyone seeking medical care — but my presence on social media is strictly professional. Boundaries are necessary to preserve trust and to ensure a safe, respectful environment for all patients. I respect all individuals, including members of the queer community, but I must draw a boundary: my role here is that of a doctor and mentor, not a participant in personal or intimate exchanges.
If you or a family member have concerns related to urology — adult or pediatric — come to a clinic that treats these matters with expertise, discretion, and empathy. Your health matters. Do not delay. Book a consultation and take the confident step toward care.
